Video and stills will recapture your skydiving adventure. With most of our sites, with a video and photo plan, you get a 5 to 7 minute DVD video with music and special effects, and an optional CD-ROM containing still pictures of your skydive.
What type of film can I anticipate?
A 5 to 7 minute video of your skydive, dubbed from a Digital camera on to a VHS tape or DVD with music. The video is individualized with your name and the date of your skydive. We anticipate to video you at different times starting with your departure from the preparation area, including your climb into the aircraft, the flight to altitude, departing the aircraft, free fall and your landing back securely on Macon soil.
How long before the video is processed?
Typically, you simply have to wait 60 minutes for your video.
Can I take my personal camera with me?
Macon Skydiving urges you bring your own camera to capture photos during your training, however, we do not recommend you attempt to take your camera on your dive as you will be too preoccupied to look after it and it could become dropped or damaged. It may be very easily lost or broken. After all, being 2 miles above Macon and going 120 mph, you will have enough diversions!
How about my friends, can they take a video recording of me?
Definitely. A friend can take images of you as well as videos during your flight under the canopy as well as during your landing. There will be opportunities to take close ups of you after the conclusion of your dive.
Will the camera person record more than just a single person? or, can my friend and I share the video?
No, unfortunately. The length of time and distance gap between exits stops a camera person from being able to film more than one trainee per jump.
When taking still images of my jump, what can I expect?
Amazing high-quality pictures. After your skydive above the sprawling metropolis of Macon, you will be given your VIDEO or CD-Rom of the high resolution photos taken during your skydive. Given that you will be given high-resolution photos and video, you can use them with all sorts of media. Some of these apps may include greeting cards, post cards, and business cards.
Should I notify Macon skydiving that I would like a video of my adventure?
Yes, it is advised that you inform us. It is recommended that you tell us because we need to inform our crew. Let one of our representatives know that you really want a video package and they will reserve a videographer and answer any questions that you may have.
